Caution: May Contain Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids.
• Tincture (1:5 in 45% EtOH): 1-4 ml tid
• Liquid extract (1:1 in 25% EtOH): 1-2 ml tid
• Infusion (dried herb): 1-2 g tid
High doses: Cause emesis and catharsis.
Long-term use: May contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids. Monitor liver enzymes. Use with caution in those with liver disease.
